Big Bags and Flip-flops

"Antojo" is the Spanish word for 'fancy', or a sudden liking or desire. I named this little space in the Internet as such because I will most likely be writing just about anything that will take my fancy. In other words, there will be no specific themes, whatsoever. I take pleasure in randomness of things. As for me, I am a twenty- something who have lived in three different cities in the Philippines. I write stuff for a living but would rather spend the time giving in to my "itchy feet". The name's KAT, by the way. :)

Provider C, Are You The One?

After seeing the doctor yesterday, I thought of taking a chance. I went to the office of yet another internet provider. I didn’t bother to check this one out before since they don’t have lines in the area where I live and their rate is more expensive than that of the other providers. Nonetheless, I went inside their office to inquire.

One of the staff said they could now provide their service in my area. I was doubtful and so I just got a copy of their application form and called A. I explained the situation then we decided that we could at least try. I went back to the office and told the girl who gave me the application form that I want to subscribe to one of their plans. I signed some papers, paid some amount for installation and modem, and was told to just wait for their call.

With a wallet that is a thousand peso lesser, I went home.
