CHANGE
I know I haven’t updated the site for weeks now. And I am not going to make any excuses. Life was just how it was- me thinking my life is hectic. But that is just because I procrastinate.
Anyway, just a few hours ago, my team leader asked me of my thought if I were to be transeferred to the Creative Department. This came as a surprise since I am not artistically inclined, especially with illustrations and 3D stuff. I was told, however, that my role would not involve having to draw a stick man and making it move. Instead, I will be one of two people in charge of developing projects. She said: ‘scriptwriter’.
“Now this is interesting,” I thought. I will be saved from writing 40- 60- article projects, work with people I am not sure I will get along with, and face the challenge of the unknown. I say this because the current projects are wearing me down and I have no idea as to what scriptwriting is all about. I haven’t even thought of ending up working as a writer in the first place! But, I still said yes. I think she got me with the new challenge part. ;)
Oh well! I took the plunge and who knows where this will take me. Wish me lots of luck!
